If you give a mouse a cookie...

On Thursday we traveled to Jacksonville, FL to stay the night with some friends in the Navy...the Clements.  The purpose for our trip was to see a friend in a play/musical.  It was "If you give a mouse a cookie" and 5 or 6 other different stories.  When we arrived at the Clement's wonderful home they were still at a Bible study.  Nolan spent the next 30 minutes to an hour racing around their living room fascinated with all the new toys he was finding.  Their little boy Liam is 10 months older than Nolan.  Every few minutes he would turn around and see something new and go "WHOA!"  Very amusing!
The next morning we got ready to head to the theater...Liam and his mom Heather joined us.  We got to see our wonderful friends Bud and Deenie, their son Corbitt is in the show.  It was SPECTACULAR!!  Totally worth the 2 hour drive there and back!  Nolan was completely mesmerized the entire time!  He loved every minute of it...his eyes barely left the stage.  It makes it even more special that we knew one of the 6 cast members.  Here we are with Corbitt after the first show (28 weeks in this shot for those keeping up with that).  It looked exhausting...I can't imagine having to do that two times in a row.  A 10:00 and 12:00 showing...talk about needing a nap later!

A BIG BIG THANK YOU to the Sam, Heather, Liam, and Eva Clement for letting us stay with them!
We really appreciated it!
