The Lavinder Family: Always Behind.

I am behind on so many things: blog updates, mailing packages to people who have had babies or are about to have babies (Mintons, Butterfields, and Willinghams), claims from our miltary move for things they broke (which is officially late which is not good), a million other things, and of course I seem to always be behind on my house cleaning, but aren't we all? (at least that is what I tell myself to feel better, doesn't help so much with Daniel though haha) This past weekend and this week we are getting rid of stuff!! It is wonderful!! We already have a large pile of things in the garage getting ready for our garage sale on Saturday and the pile will hopefully continue to grow until then. This garage sale, as Daniel will point out, is not about making money but about getting rid of junk (as he so fondly calls it). I have been sorting nonstop since Saturday morning and when Daniel went on duty today my energy ran out (surprise, surprise) but I plan on getting right back at it tomorrow. Who knows why we both kept all our work and notes from college (I still had some from high school eek!), did we think we would actually check them out again one day? I think not, they are now resting peacefully in the recycling pile! All of this needed to be done in general but really needs to be done in preparation for the wee lady. (we bought her rug for her nursery today. yay for great sales!) So here's to a life less cluttered!! I can't wait to be finished!!
