Strawberry picking/eating

Mini playdate out to the Bamboo Coastal Garden and Farm to do some organic strawberry picking.

If you look closely at this picture you can see Nolan licking his lips.  Within the first few seconds of being in the fields he had a huge strawberry in his hands and shoved it in his mouth, stem and all, ate it and said "yum yum"  He also came close to eating a nice gooey old one, but I caught his hand just in time to stop him.  He had a blast and we were glad to have Becca, Liam, Oliver, Allie, and Olivia join the three of us.  I did get home and discover that I had purchased several green and overripe strawberries that Nolan had picked.  But he had fun and it was his first time picking...a learning experience of course.  :)
